The wellbeing of students and staff serve to sustain a positive school climate as such Rockbridge Elementary School will promote student and staff wellbeing by focusing on self-care, physical and mental health, and social emotional learning.

1. Rockbridge Elementary will continue to operationalize PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) (PBIS). 
2. Our Family Center will offer a series of family workshops both in person and virtual throughout the school year focused on family well-being. 
3. Rockbridge will implement Joyful Learning for Grades K-2 and Morning Meetings Grades 3-5.
4. Rockbridge Elementary will provide opportunities for numerous clubs throughout the school year. 
5. Rockbridge Elementary School will utilize student wellness screener data to target social emotional support for students.
6. Rockbridge will incorporate teacher celebrations, activities, and recognitions throughout the year.

In order to meet the needs of each and every student, an equitable structure of support that optimizes the use of data must be operationalized. To realize this goal, Rockbridge Elementary School will implement a Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS), a comprehensive framework of a multi-tiered system of supports to  address academic and non-academic student needs and remove barriers to access.

1. The PBIS Team will continue operationalizing PBIS.
2. A Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Committee will be established to lead the work and guide practices in providing students targeted academic and social emotional support (academic interventions, classroom calming corners, mentoring program opportunities).
3. Students will be provided after school extended learning in Math and Language Arts during both semesters.
4. Counselors will provide SEL Guidance Counseling Lessons throughout the year.
5. Counselors will serve to support students' social- emotional needs through small group counseling sessions.
6. Restorative practices will be utilized to support students.
7. Family workshops emphasizing how to support learners at home with academic press will be offered through our parent center.
8. Early Intervention Program (EIP) support will be provided to students at risk of not reaching or maintaining academic grade level
9. Increase opportunities for small group, targeted instruction which supports the effective implementation of the MTSS process and/or provide additional interventions and supports to students
10. Collaborative Learning Team (CLT) planning will include an intentional focus on the Quality Plus Teaching Strategies (QPTS) as strong Tier I supports for all students.
11. iReady Screeners will be administered and the data will be utilized to identify academic needs in Reading and Mathematics

Increase the percent of 3rd- 5th grade students Reading on or above grade level on the reading portions of the Georgia Milestones Assessment System.

Increase the percentage of 3rd- 5th grade students scoring the Proficient and Distinguished categories in Language Arts on the Georgia Milestones Assessment System.

Increase the percent of 3rd- 5th grade students scoring the Proficient and Distinguished categories in Math on the Georgia Milestones Assessment System.

Increase the percentage of student scoring in the Proficient and Distinguished categories in Grade 5 Science.

Increase the total number of students exiting the Multilingual Leaner Program.

ML Proficiency Progress- Increase the number of Multilingual Learners demonstrating growth towards their English Language Proficiency based on ACCESS growth index measure (% with any growth (0.5 point), % growing 1 band (1.0 point), and % growing 2+ bands (1.5 points). The index is capped at 100).

Increase the percentage of students absent less than 10% of the enrolled days.

Guaranteed access to programs and services is critical to the success of each and every student. Rockbridge Elementary School will expand opportunities to engage in and access high-quality, rigorous, and culturally relevant curriculum, advanced coursework, and enrichment activities (e.g. arts, gifted, STEM for All).

1.    The PBIS Team will continue to operationalizing PBIS and monitor progress of all components.
2.    Curriculum planning will prioritize small group instruction with an emphasis on providing differentiated academic supports.
3.    Technology will be utilized to enhance small group instruction and increase engagement in all classes to include specials. 
4.    STEM and Science Engineering Specials will be offered to all students.
5.    The Play2Learn program will be highlighted in social media outlets and all parent communication to encourage parent participation.
6.    The school will collaborate with social-emotional health providers such as CEPTA/APEX to offer additional support to students and families.
7.    Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), our Mighty Mustang Time will be utilized to provide students targeted support in Reading and Mathematics
8.     iReady Screeners and Portfolio Assessment will be utilized to identify Gifted and Talented learners and increase underrepresented student groups.
9.    Restorative practices will be utilized to support students and decrease the discipline disproportionality index. Training will continue for our staff

10.  A local school attendance plan will be developed to monitor and improve chronic absences at Rockbridge Elementary.

Authentic engagement and communication with the community establishes a foundation of trust and confidence. Rockbridge Elementary School will engage in two-way communication with the school community and encourage feedback and input from all stakeholders.

1. Increase responsiveness to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

3. School Council to amplify family and community voices.
4. Utilize social media to engage the school community.
5. Provide access to interpreters for various community events.
6. Title I parent meetings will be held throughout the year to inform, engage, and encourage feedback from families.
7. Increase the number of parent volunteer opportunities available.
8. Rockbridge will utilize Parent Square to communicate with families at both the school and teacher level

We will build our parents' capacity to support their children's academic achievement by implementing the activities identified in The Plan/The Promise.

1.    Our family center will offer workshops to families.
2.    Provide outreach to the community to increase communication about events, registration, and involvement in the school processes.
3.    Provide an opportunity for our community to give feedback related to the types of programming they would like offered through our Family Center.
4.    Offer academic enrichment nights for families, including Literacy Night, STEM Night, Curriculum Night, and Multilingual Learner Night.
