Evaluation/Planning:
Assess and evaluate staff to support the GCPS mission, vision and objectives. Systematically analyze and utilize the results of student testing in planning instructional programming.
Judgment:
Involve students, staff, community and parents in the decision-making process.
Knowledge of Curriculum:
Implement and evaluate the adopted Academic Knowledge and Skill Curriculum (AKS). Utilize technology and other school resources to maintain the quality of instructional program.
Problem Solving:
Take initiative with solving problems by utilizing all available resources to support educational programs.
Leadership:
Involve students, staff, community and parents in planning and developing programs to promote an effective learning environment.
Oral & Written Communications:
Promote effective communications between the school and community to create a positive learning environment.
